PDI Interview with Tyler Bozak

Updated: January 14, 2015

Multi-sport athletes often have trouble choosing the sport they would like to play in college. For Tyler Bozak, hockey was the clear choice. The 6’1″, 195 pound center from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada is a current member of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Prior to Toronto, he led the British Columbia Hockey League with 128 points in his final season of Junior A hockey. In 2007, he signed a letter of intent to play for the University of Denver. After two years at DU, he signed as a free agent with the Leafs in 2009.

In Bozak’s rookie season with the Leafs, he saw the ice in 37 games and amassed 27 points. In the last 5 seasons, the Canadian has racked up 78 goals and 111 assists in 308 games.
